Registration
Registration is free but mandatory. Please register until June 15 using our registration form so that we can plan accordingly.
Financial support
There is some limited financial support for PhD students available to cover travel and/or accomodation costs. If you would like to apply, please first fill out the registration form and then send us the following documents via email:
- a recent cv
- the amount you’re asking for
- a short, informal application letter explaining why you would like to attend the school
- an informal statement of your advisor explaining why costs can’t be covered by your host institution.
The deadline for application is May 15, decisions will be communicated one week later.
